Registration Fees

Solo - Male/Female/SS $125 + contribution
Duo - Open $190 /$95 per person + contribution
4-Person - Male/Female/SS $380 /$95 per person + contribution
5-Person - Co-ed $475 /$95 per person + contribution
Corporate - Open $950 /$95 per person + contribution

Register early and receive a complimentary event T-shirt & Official event water bottle in addition to an Official event poster and goodie bag.

Processing Fees

Free Oct 1 - Dec 21
$10 Dec. 22 - Jan 18
$20 Jan. 19 - Feb 12

For example, if you register a two person team on December 28th then your total fees will include $180 for registration, $10 per participant (total $20) for processing and a $5 per participant (total $10) minimum contribution for the event benefactor. Total cost will be $210.

Sorry, no ride day registration. Even more importantly, this ride fills up. Field is limited to the first 1,550 participants. Register soon if you want to guarantee your spot at this years event.

Contribution

Each event has an additional $5 contribution in addition to the entry fee & processing fee (included in explanation above). This contribution will go towards the various local and national beneficiaries. The primary beneficiary for this years edition of the Kona 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo is the Copper Corridor Economic Development Coalition (CCEDC). The Copper Corridor Economic Development Coalition (CCEDC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established to promote economic stimulus in old mining towns located throughout Eastern Pinal county. Eastern Pinal’s communities have been hard hit over the past several years as result of the many mining operations shutting down. CCEDC is generating new opportunities for commerce through tourism, education and historical significance.

Changes or Modifications*

Any changes or modifications to your team (team name, team size, participant list, etc) will require your entry to be re-processed. Processing fees are as follows:

$10 Oct 1 - Jan 19
$20 Jan 20 - Feb 13

*Epic Rides highly encourages participants to solidify their team prior to registration in order to avoid re-processing fees.

Saturday, February 14th – On-site at Event; 6:30a – 9:30a

Don't forget to pick up your T-shirt (if applicable) and water bottle in the Expo at the event

Teams are highly encouraged to pick up Packets on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday in order to avoid lines.

If you intend to make any last second changes to your team the earlier you check in the better as it will take Epic Rides a few minutes to get you squared away. Your patience is appreciated.

Team captains are required to attend however Epic Rides also encourages ALL team members to attend as we will be introducing our event dedicatee recipient and discussing important details associated with each participant having the best time possible!
