Upon arrival to the venue, a friendly Epic Rides crew member will greet you, recite a few old west poems often shared around a poker table and offer clear, concise directions to the camping area.
Venue campsite is located at the Pinetop Lakes Activity Center & Stables (5475 Buck Springs Road). Please keep in mind that PLAC&S is not a campground. It is an activity center with stables. Please keep dogs leashed, and accompany children when visiting the horses. Restrooms and trash receptacles will be provided, but no showers or other facilities are available on-site.

Due to limited space, camping will first be available to volunteers and registered participants. Registered riders can find the link to reserve a campsite in their Confirmation E-mail.

A Path to Happy Camping in PLAC&S
No campfires allowed (There will be a communal bonfire near the amphitheater)
Bring lots of water. Epic Rides will provide some –but please consider our stash as a backup. You should pack as if you were going camping in a primitive environment (because you are). Bring a few gallons/person for the weekend and you’ll be set.

Food & Restaurant Info
We will have on-site coffee and food vendors (to be announced in late summer)… They’ll be open Noon – 8p Friday and 6a – 5p Saturday.
