We’re stoked you and your rad products and services are joining us for an upcoming Epic Rides event expo. The following registration form will secure your spot and provide Epic Rides with useful information that will make communicating with you and your brand representative smooth prior to the event plus set you up for success during event weekend.

Submission of this form constitutes an expressed agreement to all terms stated herein. Should Epic Rides or any agent or affiliated body of Epic Rides be unable to perform its obligations under this agreement because of acts of God, war, public enemies, seizure under legal process, strike, lockouts, riots, or any other reason beyond its reasonable control (each a “Force Majeure”), Epic Rides and said party shall not be liable in any way for such failure for as long as much Force Majeure persists. The COVID exception; if an event is canceled due to Covid-19 then Epic Rides will automatically refund 80% of expo and goodie bag promo fees. 20% will be retained for associated administrative costs.

Applicant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Epic Rides, its managers and employees from and against any and all claims arising from such party’s breach of this agreement. Such indemnification shall survive the termination of the agreement. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Epic Rides, no refunds shall be given for any reason except Covid-19. No consideration or compensation of any kind shall be made by Epic Rides for no-shows. Epic Rides has the exclusive right to refuse inclusion of any company for any reason. All exhibitors must provide proof of liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, and list Epic Rides as additionally insured. If you are using vehicles on the site, then proof of auto liability coverage is required.

Booth must be on-site and operable during expo hours. Epic Rides events are rain or shine happenings, be prepared for all weather possibilities.
