  • $250 for each additional 10x10 needed to complete your footprint. Please include your vehicle in the dimensions if needed.
  • All power is provided by a generator. Power will be available daily, one hour before and after expo hours. The vendor is required to provide a UL outdoor approval extension cord to pull power from scatterbox.
  • Vendor Products

    Exhibitors wishing to sell product must provide Proof of Special Event Sales Tax License, and credit the sales tax to the appropriate city. Exhibitors wishing to sample food/beverages must provide food permit application to appropriate city no later than 30 days prior to the event.
  • Epic Rides can assist with the promotion of any on-site activations during the event weekend. Please list the details of your activation below.
  • All exhibitors must provide proof of liability insurance listing Epic Rides as additionally insured. Please provide a certificate of insurance naming Epic Rides and/or Mountain Bike America as additional insured. We request $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate general liability. If you are using vehicles on the site, we also request auto liability.
    Your sales will be subject to local/county/state tax regulations
    Local regulations on Food Booth Samples may require temporary permits and associated fee

The Fine Print: Submission of this form constitutes an expressed agreement to all terms stated herein. Should Epic Rides or any agent or affiliated body of Epic Rides be unable to perform its obligations under this agreement because of acts of God, war, public enemies, seizure under legal process, strike, lockouts, riots or any other reason beyond its reasonable control (each a “Force Majeure”), Epic Rides and said party shall not be liable in any way for such failure for as long as such Force Majeure persists. Applicant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Epic Rides, its managers and employees from and against any and all claims arising from such party’s breach of this agreement. Such indemnification shall survive the termination of the agreement. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Epic Rides, no refunds shall be given for any reason. No consideration or compensation of any kind shall be made by Epic Rides for no-shows. Epic Rides has the exclusive right to refuse inclusion of any company for any reason. All exhibitors must provide proof of liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and list Epic Rides as additionally insured.

No refunds for canceled or ‘no-show’ spaces. Booth must be operational during expo hours. Epic Rides events happen rain or shine, be prepared for all weather possibilities. Hospitality badges are issues to all expo vendors.
