Registration Pricing

Included in the registration prices are amusement taxes, a $10 contribution and, if applicable, processing fee.

Register early and receive a complimentary official T-shirt in addition to an official event water bottle, an official event poster, and goodie bag. All registrants receive an official event poster, waterbottle, and goodie bag.

This event has an additional $10 contribution. This contribution will go towards the various local and national beneficiaries. The primary beneficiary for this year's edition of the 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo presented by Tucson Medical Center is Bag It!

Bag It is a widely successful grassroots project founded in Tucson and established to provide information and education to newly diagnosed individuals with cancer and their families. Learn more about Bag It here.

Transfers, Modifications & Waivers

Any transfers or modifications to your team (team name, team size, participant list, etc) will require your team's entry to be reopened & processed. Waivers not received with registration may be subject to processing fees. Processing fees are as follows:

$10 Nov. 1 - Nov. 30
$20 Dec. 1 - Feb. 12

Epic Rides highly encourages participants to solidify their team prior to registration in order to avoid re-processing fees, but we understand that life happens. While entry fees are NON-refundable and NON-transferable toward other events, we will allow riders to transfer their entry fees to other riders.

"Team Scalping" Fee: $50 flat fee + $20 per rider. One original team member must remain on the team roster otherwise the team is considered scalped and will be subject to a Scalping Fee.

Team transfers and modification will be accepted until February 12th. Solo transfers will be accepted until January 13th.

To modify a team, mail the following items to Epic Rides, 534 N. Stone, Tucson, Arizona 85705:
•Team name and captain's name.
•Letter requesting a category change and/or list of rider(s) that is/are being replaced.
•Snail mail waiver from new rider(s). Digital copies will not be accepted.
•Check made payable to Epic Rides, covering processing fee.

To transfer an entry, mail the following items to Epic Rides, 534 N. Stone, Tucson, Arizona 85705:
• Letter from the registered rider requesting to transfer his/her entry; including registered rider's name and team name, new rider's name and new team name (if applicable).
• Snail mail waiver from new rider. Digital copies will not be accepted.
• Check made payable to Epic Rides, covering processing fee.

Epic Rides will email all parties to confirm the transfer/modification.

Packet Pick-Up

Teams are highly encouraged to pick up Packets on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in order to avoid lines. Only packets and posters will be available for pickup at the bike shops. Don't forget to pick up your T-shirt and water bottle at the Epic Rides Merchandise Tent in the Expo at the event.

If you intend to make any last second changes to your team the earlier you check in the better as it will take Epic Rides a few minutes to get you squared away. Your patience is appreciated.

Team captains are required to attend however Epic Rides also encourages ALL team members to attend as we will be discussing important details associated with each participant having the best time possible!
